This is a meditation you can practice whenever you have 10 minutes to spare. You don’t even have to go to a quiet place to do it. In fact you can do it while sitting at your desk, at the kitchen table, in a crowded room, bus, tube, tram or anywhere where you are not required to interact with anyone or anything.
